About this job

This contract role leads client delivery programs for an AI training data company, keeping every account's status, timeline and open issues visible while acting as the main point of contact for each partner. It also grows those accounts by understanding partner goals, building relationships across their organizations and turning opportunities into scoped proposals. It suits experienced program or account managers who can communicate clearly with clients and executives while keeping operational systems accurate.

What you'll do

  • Serve as the proactive point of contact for every account, with regular updates and early risk flags.
  • Run client check-ins and quarterly business reviews centered on partner goals.
  • Own an account plan per partner covering goals, stakeholders, footprint and next actions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, trackers and reporting on delivery health and account growth.
