Privacy
Without an account
Browsing jobs, reading listings and using the apply buttons need no account. In that case we collect no email, no resume and no profile, and we set no cookie. Page views are counted anonymously, as described below.
If you create an account
The account is optional. It is used to show you the jobs that match your profile.
- Email address: used to sign you in with a single-use link, without a password, and to send you alerts if you turn them on. The IP address of the link request is stored with it to limit abuse.
- Session cookie: a single cookie, strictly necessary to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookie.
- Resume: the file is stored privately, its text is extracted and then analyzed automatically by an AI model to prefill your profile. The file and its text are deleted as soon as you confirm your profile, and no later than seven days after upload.
- Profile: skills, languages, experience, education, country of residence, availability and minimum rate, as you confirm them. It is used only to compute how well jobs match you. It is never sent to the platforms: you are the one who applies to them.
- Alerts: on by default when you create an account, as said under the sign-in form. You get a welcome email with open jobs, then, once your profile is confirmed, one email a day at most with jobs that match it at 75% or more. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off in your account at any time. When you open a job from an alert email, we record that this alert was opened, to know whether alerts are useful. This record is deleted with your account. The "Apply now" button of an alert can take you straight to the platform through a referral link, and the email ends with links to create an account on some platforms, which can be referral links too. The email shows the logos of these platforms, loaded from our own server: we keep no record of that.
- Product news: off by default, and separate from alerts. If you turn it on in your account, we may email you about new platforms and features. Links in these emails go through our site, which records that you clicked, to know whether an email was useful. We do not track whether you open an email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link. These records are deleted with your account.
- Changes made by our team: if we correct your profile or turn off your alerts at your request, we keep a record of the change, with the profile before and after. This record is deleted with your account.
Service providers
- Anthropic receives the text of your resume for the time it takes to extract your profile fields.
- Resend delivers sign-in and alert emails, and therefore receives your email address.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from the My account page. Deletion immediately erases your profile, your resumes, your alert preferences and your sessions. For any other request about your data, use the contact given in the legal notice.
Audience and click counting
We count page views and clicks on apply buttons ourselves, on our own server, with no cookie and nothing stored in your browser. We use no third-party analytics tool.
- Page views: for each page viewed we record the address of the page without its parameters, and the kind of site you came from (a search engine, a social network, an AI assistant, another site, or none). We do not keep the address of the page you came from, your search terms, your IP address or your browser, and a page view is not linked to an account. We count pages, not people.
- Apply clicks: counted per job and per platform, without your account, your IP address or your browser.
- If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, no page view is sent at all.
Technical logs
The server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, response code) through the reverse proxy, for security and troubleshooting, with automatic rotation. These logs are not linked to an identity and are not used to build a profile.
External links
Apply buttons take you to third-party sites (Mercor, micro1, Turing, Ethos, Mindrift, DataAnnotation, Alignerr, Handshake AI, Surge AI, xAI, Vetto and Terac) whose privacy practices we do not control. Read their own policies before giving them personal information.
