What you'll do

  • Underwrite AI-built LBO models including entry and exit multiples, debt schedules, and IRR return bridges.
  • Test diligence assumptions by evaluating management projections, market claims, and downside cases.
  • Identify gaps and errors in AI-generated analyses of leveraged deals.
  • Write investment-committee-level answers that explain model deficiencies with clear returns and risk assessments.
