About this job

This is a remote evaluation role for film, theater and visual effects professionals who will compare pairs of AI-generated videos made from the same prompt. The work is to judge which clip better holds up to a professional eye on lighting, framing, camera direction, continuity, texture and performance, and to explain each choice in precise, set-floor language. It suits craft specialists who can ground their judgments in how a shot is actually built and who will take part in ongoing rounds as new models are released.

What you'll do

  • Compare pairs of AI-generated videos from the same prompt and select the stronger result on each craft axis.
  • Write short, precise reasons naming what worked and what broke in each judgment.
  • Check each video against its prompt, including the requested camera move, lens, framing or performance.
  • Take part in calibration rounds and flag unclear prompts or guidelines.
