About this job

This is a non-clinical role for physicians who hold a completed residency and apply their clinical judgment to building and assessing clinical AI systems. Work includes writing grading criteria, reviewing clinical dialogues, and annotating how a case should be reasoned through. Physicians are placed in one of several shared workstreams according to their specialty and availability.

What you'll do

  • Turn a clinical question into discrete, checkable grading criteria for model responses.
  • Review multi-turn clinical conversations for accuracy, safety, completeness and escalation advice.
  • Record the clinical reasoning behind a case, including differentials considered and rejected.
  • Flag hallucinated findings, dangerous omissions and advice that is correct but clinically unsafe.
