About this job

This role is for professional video editors who will build post-production tasks used to train and evaluate AI agents. Each task pairs source footage and a brief with a hidden reference edit and grading rubric, so the finished video is scored on its result. Contributors also solve tasks written by other editors and document step-by-step solutions.

What you'll do

  • Build post-production editing tasks end to end, including source footage, brief and deliverable spec.
  • Create the reference edit and the grading criteria against which AI agent results are judged.
  • Blind-solve tasks built by other editors and write up a step-by-step solution.
  • Contribute original or openly licensed footage, with appearance releases where people are on camera.
