About this job

This contract role asks experienced operations practitioners to design realistic, multi-step business operations tasks that test how AI systems perform on work such as reporting, process design and workflow management. Each task comes with reference files and objective grading criteria, so that two qualified reviewers would reach the same verdict. It is aimed at remote professionals who have hands-on operational experience and can write clearly in English, and no prior AI experience is needed.

What you'll do

  • Design multi-step business operations tasks based on real reporting, process design and workflow management work.
  • Write objective grading criteria that qualified reviewers can apply consistently.
  • Create or source spreadsheets, system exports, process documents and operational reports for each task.
  • Flag tasks that are ambiguous or ungradable instead of submitting them.
