About this job

This contract role asks subject-matter experts in combat arms and targeting to help train AI systems on military-activity scenarios. The work involves classifying scenarios against an approved taxonomy, identifying boundary cases, and grading AI responses on sourcing, uncertainty, and reasoning. No prior AI experience is needed, since operational domain knowledge is the core requirement.

What you'll do

  • Map military-activity scenarios to an approved taxonomy, separating conceptual explanation, policy support, and restricted operational content.
  • Grade AI-generated responses on source handling, expression of uncertainty, reasoning quality, stated limitations, and operational utility.
  • Flag cases where AI models wrongly refuse valid conceptual or policy questions.
  • Document edge cases and disagreements to maintain a transparent answer key.
