About this job

This contractor role asks specialists with federal or military reporting backgrounds to draft and review authentic staff documents such as status reports, situation reports, and executive briefings. The work also includes grading sample submissions against detailed guidelines and helping shape rubrics that teach AI models federal report writing. No prior AI experience is needed, since domain knowledge is the core requirement.

What you'll do

  • Create and refine federal reporting artifacts such as WARs, SITREPs, and after-action summaries.
  • Grade sample submissions using detailed guidelines for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Contribute input artifacts and golden reference responses for status and compliance reports.
  • Help build guidelines and evaluative rubrics for training AI models in federal report generation.
