About this job

This contractor role asks current or former military fighter pilots and weapons systems officers to review scenarios and answers produced by AI models on aviation and combat topics. The work is to judge whether the AI's tactics, mission planning and weapons reasoning are accurate, realistic and consistent with procedure, then explain the findings in writing. It suits people whose operational background lets them spot errors that a non-specialist would miss.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving fighter aviation, combat operations and tactical decisions.
  • Assess the accuracy and realism of mission planning, air-to-air and air-to-ground operations, and weapons employment.
  • Review AI responses for operational accuracy, sound reasoning and alignment with military procedures and Rules of Engagement.
  • Provide clear written feedback based on real-world operational experience.
