About this job

This contract role asks finance and accounting practitioners to design realistic, multi-step benchmark tasks that test how well AI systems handle real finance workflows. Contributors use their professional experience to write reference materials and objective grading criteria that independent reviewers can apply consistently. No prior AI experience is needed, and the work is project-based and fully remote.

What you'll do

  • Design multi-step finance and accounting tasks based on real FP&A, reporting, audit and reconciliation work.
  • Write objective grading criteria so that two qualified reviewers reach the same verdict.
  • Create or source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements and policy documents.
  • Flag tasks that are ambiguous or cannot be graded instead of submitting them.
