About this job

This is a remote contract role for experienced interviewers and intelligence collectors. The work involves running or evaluating structured elicitation sessions, reading verbal and nonverbal signals, and writing up the reasoning behind each assessment. The output is used to help train AI systems, and no prior AI background is needed.

What you'll do

  • Conduct or assess structured elicitation and interview sessions with a range of participants.
  • Analyze responses in real time and adjust the questioning approach as needed.
  • Assess the consistency, reliability, and evasiveness of responses, with a confidence rating for each session.
  • Score or annotate sessions against a detailed rubric and document the reasoning behind each judgment.
