About this job

This contract role asks legal and compliance practitioners to build benchmark tasks that test how well AI systems handle real legal workflows. The work covers multi-step assignments in contract review, due diligence, regulatory assessment and risk analysis, each with reference files and objective grading criteria. It suits experienced practitioners who can turn their review know-how into realistic, gradable tasks, and no prior AI background is needed.

What you'll do

  • Design multi-step legal and compliance tasks based on real workflows.
  • Create or source the reference files each task needs, such as agreements and regulatory texts.
  • Define objective grading criteria that two qualified reviewers would apply the same way.
  • Flag tasks that prove ambiguous or ungradable instead of submitting them.
