About this job

This contract role asks experienced legal practitioners to help train and evaluate AI systems on legal work. The work includes writing realistic multi-step legal scenarios, reviewing legal content for accuracy and sound reasoning, and building scored evaluations of how well AI handles statutes, case law, contracts and fact patterns. It suits attorneys, paralegals, in-house and outside counsel, and compliance professionals who are comfortable with Microsoft 365.

What you'll do

  • Design realistic multi-step legal prompts based on workflows such as contract review, legal research and client advisory memos.
  • Write, review and refine legal content used for AI training and model evaluation.
  • Build and score legal evaluations that test how AI analyzes statutes, case law, contracts and fact patterns.
  • Analyze legal materials and AI outputs and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
