About this job

This contract role asks tax professionals to check how AI systems handle federal individual income tax questions. The work involves writing precise rubrics grounded in the Internal Revenue Code and related guidance, then scoring AI-generated tax analyses against them. What you'll do

  • Build rubrics and checklists that define what a correct answer on individual income tax must satisfy.
  • Assign a severity level to each requirement, separating critical, secondary, and minor elements.
  • Score AI-generated tax analyses and computations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Write detailed test scenarios, including edge cases, for criteria that fail.
