What you'll do

  • Write prompts that test AI knowledge of claim submission, eligibility, prior authorization, denial and appeal workflows, and remittance posting.
  • Review AI output for incorrect denial codes, misinterpreted remittance codes, and payer rules that contradict real-world practice.
  • Rate the reasoning quality of AI responses on revenue cycle scenarios.
  • Provide correct answers and explanations grounded in actual revenue cycle operations when AI falls short.
