About this job

This contractor role asks experienced military professionals to review scenarios that AI systems generate about ground combat and tactical planning. The reviewer judges whether the content is operationally realistic and sound, then writes structured feedback so the AI's reasoning becomes more reliable. It is aimed at current or former Army combat-arms professionals with hands-on operational experience.

What you'll do

  • Evaluate AI-generated scenarios on ground combat and tactical planning.
  • Assess operational realism, weapons employment, targeting, and battlefield decision-making.
  • Review scenarios against Rules of Engagement and the Law of Armed Conflict.
  • Identify operational errors and write clear, structured feedback.
