What you'll do

  • Review adult inpatient records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for AI training.
  • Check that clinical information and claims are supported by the medical record.
  • Assess HPI, medication reconciliation, assessments and plans against documentation standards.
  • Flag missing, incorrect or inconsistent information, including renal and hepatic dosing and drug interactions.
