This contract role asks an experienced staff writer to create realistic reporting samples, model answers, and scoring guidelines that help AI systems learn to draft and evaluate routine administrative and operational documents. It suits professionals who know standard report formats and can refine prompts and rubrics through repeated feedback rounds. No prior AI experience is needed, since subject-matter knowledge is the main requirement.

What you'll do

  • Develop prompts, input artifacts, and model answers for staff writing tasks such as weekly reports, situation reports, and executive summaries.
  • Create grading guidelines to score AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, and compliance.
  • Produce authentic report artifacts that reflect real-world administrative and operational documentation.
  • Refine prompts, responses, and rubrics through ongoing feedback cycles.
