About this job

This contract role asks seasoned inspectors to judge crop damage from field and aerial imagery, grade vehicles and equipment for auction, and review rental return records. The work also produces written justifications that help train AI systems, and no prior AI experience is needed. It is aimed at established professionals with deep inspection and loss assessment backgrounds who can work remotely on a flexible schedule.

What you'll do

  • Assess crop condition and determine losses in line with insurance protocols using field and aerial imagery.
  • Assign condition grades to vehicles and equipment for auction or pre-sale from photos and inspection data.
  • Identify damage in rental or lease return records and report findings clearly.
  • Document the reasoning behind each grade or assessment for traceability.
