This contract role asks experienced vehicle damage specialists to assess damage, estimate repairs, and grade vehicle condition from photos, reports, and collision footage. The work supports the training of AI systems, and no prior AI experience is needed.

What you'll do

  • Review damage photos, repair estimates, condition reports, and collision footage.
  • Write detailed damage estimates and condition assessments to professional appraisal standards.
  • Conduct remote accident quality audits and causation analysis with documented rationale.
  • Evaluate and grade vehicle condition using fleet, auction, or OEM inspection criteria.
