About this job

This is a remote, contract role for scientists and quantitative experts who will solve challenging problems in their field and check AI-generated answers for technical accuracy. Much of the work is hands-on Python for calculations and simulations, and candidates are expected to already use coding agents in their workflow. It suits people with deep expertise in at least one core science or mathematics area, whether gained in academia, industry, or independent work.

What you'll do

  • Solve complex scientific, mathematical, or technical problems within your area of expertise.
  • Review AI-generated solutions for factual, mathematical, and scientific correctness.
  • Identify incorrect assumptions, reasoning errors, missing constraints, and subtle technical mistakes.
  • Use Python to run calculations and simulations that support your solutions.
