About this job

This part-time role puts drug discovery experts to work on training and evaluating AI models for science. The work covers designing challenging drug discovery tasks and benchmarks, checking model reasoning on pharmacology and ADME/Tox questions, and acting as the domain authority on the quality of expert-produced data. It suits pharmacologists, DMPK scientists and toxicologists with hands-on industry or academic research experience.

What you'll do

  • Design challenging, non-searchable drug discovery tasks, benchmarks and training data.
  • Evaluate AI model outputs and reasoning, diagnosing errors in scientific logic and factual accuracy.
  • Develop grading rubrics and verification processes for externally produced drug discovery data.
  • Advise on assay design, quality control and the pharmacological validity of model outputs.
